Agent Services Coordinator in Clearwater, FL
Keller Williams Realty, one of the leading real estate companies in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our leadership team as an Agent Services Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our agents and ensuring smooth operations within our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones, Greet Agents & Clients in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Assist with agent onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary paperwork, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Act as a point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Must be a Servant Hearted Leader
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
